If you haven’t visited our FB page recently (or ever!) you’re missing information. We can post far more there than on this homepage. Click the icon to the right – explore photos and notices – and we hope you’ll officially “like” what you find!
We want to make joint membership in NHNA and ANA easily affordable for every NH RN, and after months of planning – we can now enroll new members at a new lower rate!
(And existing joint members
will soon receive information on some great bonus benefits!)
We have many ways for NHNA members to share and expand their leadership skills by serving in elected Board or Commission positions
– or other "ad hoc" areas / projects. Please review these varied opportunities for active involvement
– then complete and submit your intent to serve form
listing the position or other area of interest. Call us with any questions.
This year we will be combining our former Health Policy Day
educational sessions on the NH legislative process and the key role nurses can play – with what was the annual Town Hall
public discussion to determine which bills needed our attention. This will be a multi-site event
conducted at regional interactive video conference locations. Confirmed so far: Nashua, Concord, Keene, Laconia and Lebanon. Watch for further details.
Visit our mentor connection site
to see our current directory of NH nurses who are available to answer your questions on education, changing specialties or other career options, work-life balance, getting through work struggles, etc. Ask the nurses who've "been there"! Or just participate in the conversational forums. Feel you have expertise to share? Ask for an application to BE a mentor.
